The room had a convenient microwave and fridge.
The air conditioning was barely functional. it only cooled efficiently right next to it.

I had a cozy stay where the room had a good fridge and microwave, perfect for my snacks. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and I loved lounging in the TV room for some downtime. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better. it was spotty sometimes. 😊

Staying here with my big family was fun! The kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. We also took a break in the nearby park, which had great walking trails. It was an excellent way to unwind before hitting the road again.
In my wife’s opinion, it could really use more kid-friendly activities. Perhaps adding a game room or outdoor games would keep them entertained better.

Space but no cool air
Had a suite which was decent size with a fridge and microwave, really handy! But the ac was super weak, felt like it only worked next to it. Plus, the carpet had stains and no elevator was a pain. Breakfast options were decent and hit the spot, though.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, outdoor parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff was so helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay. I recommend it for a relaxing retreat. I'll be back for Easter!

Not worth the hassle
The room was spacious and the bed was clean, providing a comfortable spot after long days. The location was also convenient for local attractions.
Unfortunately, the staff was overwhelmed and rude, and we experienced multiple maintenance issues like leaking ceilings and poor cleanliness.

Our group had an amazing time! We hit the slopes for some skiing and tried snowboarding too. The free breakfast was a great way to start our busy days. The spacious rooms were comfortable and perfect for relaxing with friends after a day in the snow.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi issue. we struggled to connect unless we were in the lobby.

Just a prime choice for a brief pause in Kingston with great value for the money. The pool was okay, but the game room was disappointing compared to pictures. Check for bedding before settling in!
